Patrick Hieger is a chef and a writer. He has worked in kitchens in New York, Miami, and Austin, Texas. He currently resides in Santiago, Chile, where he manages the South American culinary news website, www.comosur.com. His first cookbook, Temple Ranch Cookbook, is due out in December.
